What is free

Every leaderboard, every raw answer file and every machine-readable ranking is free, with no signup and no email wall, and stays that way. The raw answers may be re-used in any medium, commercially and inside open-source software, with attribution — the full re-use terms are here.

The deep report

$29.99 once, charged by Stripe at checkout. Delivered by email within one business day. If I cannot produce it, I refund the full $29.99 the same day and email you to say why. One document about one vendor's row on one board. It is not a seat, not a login and not a subscription; nothing renews.

Naming a product no leaderboard here has measured is not that case. Your category is measured on the day you buy — the same questions and the same engines every board here is built from — and the report is read out of that run. So it arrives within one business day of your category going live, rather than coming back as a refund.

What I cannot produce is a run I am not willing to publish. That is refunded in full the same day, without you asking, and the email says why.

Monitoring

$9.99 a month, per vendor. Cancel any time by replying stop to any monitoring email. It stops that month, nothing renews, and the current month is refunded on request. You get one email a month about your own row when the board is re-measured, with the raw answers behind every figure in it.

Refunds

Full refund on request within 30 days, for any reason — email lana@connexion.me. That is the whole policy; it is also on /refunds.

What you are buying, precisely

A measurement of what named AI answer engines said, on a stated date, in response to stated questions. It is not advice on which software to buy, and it is not a promise about what any engine will say next month.

No rank is for sale. Buying monitoring or a report does not move a row, cannot remove a competitor, and changes nothing on any board. If a purchase could change a number, every number here would be worthless — which is why it cannot.

Payment and data

Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout pages. We never see or store a card number. What is stored about you is listed on /privacy.

If you think a figure in something you paid for is wrong, say so: I will send the raw answers it was derived from and re-run any phrasing you give me, free.
