Full refund on request within 30 days, for any reason — email lana@connexion.me. No form, no reason required, no argument.
Delivered by email within one business day. If I cannot produce it, you are not charged. If it arrives and it is not what you expected, say so within 30 days and you get the money back.
Cancel any time by replying stop to any monitoring email. It stops that month, nothing renews, and the current month is refunded on request. There is nothing to unwind and no notice period.
The refund is issued through Stripe to the card that was charged, and it appears on your statement the way any card refund does. Nothing is kept back and there is no restocking fee — there is nothing to restock.
