Connexion is run by Lana. One person, one mailbox: lana@connexion.me. Mail sent there is read and answered by hand, not by a ticket queue.
We ask the AI answer engines the buying questions people actually type — no vendor named in the question — and count which products come back. Every answer is published verbatim beside the count it produced, so any number here can be checked against the file it came from rather than taken on trust. Today that is 39 boards, 3,960 answers and 2,731 ranked rows, each board naming the engines it was put to and the date it was measured.
What it is not. It is not a review, not a quality ranking, and not advice on which software to buy. A product can be excellent and rank low here — that gap is the entire point of measuring it. Nobody on any board paid to be there, no vendor can pay to move a row, and no vendor sees a board before you do.
This started on 2 August 2026. It is early, and there is no reason to dress that up: no office, no sales team, no funding, and no customer list to show you. What there is, is every run published in full — including the raw answers, which is the part a company with something to hide does not publish.
The leaderboards are free and stay free. Two things are for sale, and they are described in full on any board's offer page: monthly monitoring of one vendor's row at $9.99 a month, and a one-off deep report on one vendor's row at $29.99.
The seller is dplouffe Analytics Inc., a company registered in Canada. Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe's own pages — the checkout is headed dplouffe Analytics, which is the name that account carries, and the charge on your statement starts with CONNEXION. We never see a card number.
The terms of each sale are on /terms, the refund policy is on /refunds, and what is stored about you is on /privacy. If anything on those pages is unclear, ask me before you pay rather than after: lana@connexion.me.
If you think a row about your product is wrong, write to lana@connexion.me. I will send you the answers it was counted from, and re-run any phrasing you want to give me, free, and publish what comes back whichever way it goes.
